We are actually an online based store (www.lavino.com.my). However, do feel free to come and enjoy an offline experience at our Puchong Showroom, the location which can be found here. Unfortunately, not all models in online store are available in showroom, so feel free to shop for your furniture online with our 14 Days Free Return promise! 

 

I have noticed other LAVINO Offline Stores in Kelantan, Penang, Ipoh... etc. Are they the same store as LAVINO.COM.MY?

LAVINO.COM.MY is operated individually and carrying different product models from offline stores. The only associated offline store would be our Puchong Showroom.

Do you offer installment plan?

Yes, we have Atome for our website products. Atome is a “buy now, pay later” mobile app that splits your bill into three equal payments over three months. The mobile app is free to download and free to use for consumers: Atome charges zero interest and zero service fees.

 

How can I claim my discount voucher?

At your checkout page, click "Use Gift Voucher" bullet button, enter your gift voucher code in the given column and click the "APPLY VOUCHER" button. Delivery Enquiries

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes, for Klang Valley area if you have purchase abouve RM 1500, you do entitle for FREE delivery and installation.

 

Do you deliver to outstation besides Klang Valley?

Yes, we can deliver to several state, which is Perlis, Kedah, Perak, Kelantan, Terengganu, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Johor. We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangement and outstation delivery cost. 

 

How long is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 14 - 21 working days depending on your purchase platform and product. Please refer to our product page for more information. Kindly be rest assured that we will be in contact with you 1 day prior to your delivery date. For selected campaign's promo & Shopee items - It is entitle to 7 working days of delivery timeline. As for all the listed general items in LAVINO.COM.MY - It is 14 to 21 working days of delivery timeline. Sometime high peak season ( e.g: CNY, HARI RAYA, etc) will take around 4 - 8 weeks.

 

Can I make special arrangements if I want to have dedicated delivery date & time?

At this moment we apologise that we are only able to deliver within the 14 to 21 days time frame. However we do provide a pick up option if you would like to arrange your own immediate collection (For small items). Unfortunately, we can't guarantee you the stock availability for the items you are looking for. However do feel free to contact us at 016-332 9592 to check on the product stock availability before your purchase. Thank you.

 

Can I request weekend delivery? Or any special delivery request?

You may enter your special request or any additional instructions during purchase checkout. We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangements.

Can I request your lorry driver to help me get rid of my old furniture?

Unfortunately, we do not include old products dismantling and discharge from our end. You may discuss directly with our appointed transporter on the requested services, and normally it will comes with an additional charge from the transporter, who is an individual agent.

 

Warranty & Claims Enquiries

Do you provide product warranty?

Yes we do! All products purchased from LAVINO.COM.MY will be assured with a minimum of 3-months product warranty. Certain products are entitle up to 10-years and above too! Please refer to the respective product page for more information. Once you have received your purchased product, you would be given a warranty notification letter where you need to register your product warranty from our online store (www.lavino.com.my/warranty). You may check the Product Code from the respective product page in our online store. Kindly refer to our Warranty Terms & Conditions from our online store.

 

How do I activate my product warranty?

You just need to fill-up the requested details from our Warranty Activation Form and click the "ACTIVATE WARRANTY" button. You should have received a notification email with a warranty activation number. Please keep the email together with your original purchase invoice for future claim purposes.

 

If I am not satisfied with the product quality, can I return the product?

Unfortunately we do not cover personal comfort's expectations therefore we are unable to accept return unless it is due to manufacturing defect(s).
GENTLE REMINDER: All transportation & minimal administrative charges will be born by the customer. If you have purchased the product from our online store (www.lavino.com.my), we may not be able to proceed on your product return if there is no manufacturing defect(s) that can be examined through photo proof.

 

I have received a broken/ malfunction product, how can I return/ replace the product?

Our sincerest apologies if this mishap happened. Please fill up our Complaint & Return Form. Our respective personnel will follow up with you personally within 24 hours during working hour. You may also refer to our site Terms & Conditions for more details information.

 

Can I know how long it will be until I have receive my refund?

For credit card purchases, please allow 7 to 14 Working Days for the refund process by MOLPay to be reflected in your respective account.. For other payment methods, Kindly email us at [email protected] with these following details, ( Full Name, IC Number, Bank Account Number, Bank Name, Account full name and contact number ) Upon receiving this email the refund process would take around 14 to 21 Working Days. (Please refer to our site Terms & Conditions clause 10 for further information)
