Manual Online Bank Transfer/ Manual Offline Bank Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If you choose to pay via this option, please follow the instructions below and perform payment within 72 hours to avoid your order from being cancelled.
  • We will not process your order if the payment paid is less than your order total amount.
  • If you have paid more than the order total amount, we will issue a refund in the form of our Online Store Credit.

Step 1:

You can Interbank GIRO or deposit the payment using Online Banking/ Cash Deposit Machine/ Automated Teller Machine/ Over The Counter to the following bank account details:

Step 2:

After payment made, do scan/ snap photo of the payment receipt using camera/ smartphone/ scanner. (Save in JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF format)

Step 3:

Kindly reply your Confirmation Order email together with the payment receipt attachment to [email protected]

It is important for us to have the following information within the email:

  1. Name
  2. Contact Number
  3. Order Number

Step 4:

Once the payment receipt have been received by us, it will take 1 to 2 Working Days to confirm your payment with our bank.

Step 5:

Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed accordingly.

Shipping Policy

Currently we only provide delivery in WEST MALAYSIA

Walk-in Collection

If you wish to proceed on walk-in collection, please select the dedicated collection place during checkout. You will be notified when purchased product(s) are ready for collection.

Condo/ Apartment Delivery

  • Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe and necessary, additional charges per item will be as following:
    1. First non lift-accessible storey free of charge (i.e. staircase delivery from ground floor to level two is free)
    2. Additional RM30 per item transported to a subsequent non lift-accessible storey (i.e. staircase delivery of a wardrobe and a mattress to the 4th non-lift accessible storey (i.e. Level 4 of a shophouse etc) will cost an additional RM180 [(1 X 2 X RM0) + (3 X 2 X RM30) = RM180].
  • For condo/ apartment delivery, this is subjected to the management of your residence.
  • Please do get approval from your respective management for our team to be able to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Please do note that we are NOT available to provide delivery to condo and serviced residence on weekends. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
  • For special delivery arrangement, please call us at 6016-332 9592 with your ordering number so that our HQ Delivery Team will make the necessary arrangement OR email us your Order Number and request to customercare@lavino.com.my. We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangement.
